Teacher puts in a ticket, 1 ticket for Each chromebook including the MCSD number and the issue with the device. If a Loaner is needed, the teacher needs to CC the Librarian when submitting a ticket.

The teacher delivers the chromebook to the Office, puts it in the repair bag and places it in the Orange Bin.

The chromebook will be picked up with the next mail delivery route.

After repair, the chromebook will be put in the Green bin in the Office. 

The teacher then will pick up the repaired chromebook from the Green bin, remove it from the repair bag and take it back to the classroom.
