Scan to Google Drive

 

Follow the steps below to scan to your Google Drive.


Log into copier using badge or username & password

  • Select Scan

 

 


  • Select Scan to Drive


 


Change options if desired, then select start.

 

 


Check your email 

  • you’ll have an email from <scans@papercut.com

  • click the Login to Google Drive button

 


Select your account

 


Select “Allow” access

 

 


You should get a message that you successfully authorized PaperCut -

 


Now, go back to your email. 

  • You should see a message from PaperCut that has a link to your scanned document in your Google Drive in the Scans for PaperCut MF folder.

 


The next time you scan, you won’t have to authorize PaperCut, just scan and you’ll receive an email with a link to the document.
